Welcome to our online pharmacy portal. To process a refill request through our online pharmacy, here are some tips.
How to Access the Online Pharmacy - Setup and logging in
- If this is your first time to the online pharmacy, you will need to create an account.
- To access your patient's information, please create an account using the primary phone number listed on your surgery authorization form. If you are unsure what information to use, please call or text us at 402-934-1332 to confirm prior to signing up.
- Click the link below to visit the online pharmacy.
- Click the Sign In link in the top right corner of the pharmacy page. To create a new account, click "Sign Up" below the login area.
- Complete your sign up by entering your information into the boxes, choose a password, and click "Sign Up" at the bottom.
- Once you have completed the setup process, use the Sign In link to be able to access your account and prescriptions.
How to Request a Refill
Once you have signed up for your account, there are two ways to request a refill through the online pharmacy and have it shipped directly to your house.
- Visit the online pharmacy, select the needed medication from the online store, add to your cart and proceed through the purchasing process. Once you complete your order, our team will be notified and will review and approve or reach out to you for further information. You should receive notification from the online pharmacy once your refills have been approved.
- Call or text us at 402-934-1332, or email us at [email protected]. Please let us know that you are requesting the refill through the online pharmacy, in addition to what medication you are requesting a refill for. Our team will put the order together for you and the online pharmacy will send a link to you that will take you directly to your cart, where you can complete the purchase process. You can select your desired shipping time during the checkout process. *Be aware that the pharmacy inbox is unmonitored. *Note* We do require a 24-48 hour notice in-clinic for all medication refill requests. Once approved by Sirius, your order will ship directly to you at the shipping rate selected during your checkout process.
