Jessica was born in Los Angeles, California. Her love for animals began at a young age. She fed every stray in the neighborhood and was always asking her parents if she could bring home more four-legged friends.
Her first job was at a pet store in Beverly Hills. During her two years there she was able to work her way up to assistant manager. She helped care for hundreds of pets; from birds to fish to cats and dogs. Her time spent there strengthened her love for animals and led her to the veterinary medical field. In 2003, she began working as a customer care representative at the Animal Surgical and Emergency Center (ASEC), a large veterinary specialty center in Los Angeles. At ASEC, she helped the front desk transition from a small animal surgical and emergency center to a multi-specialty hospital. She eventually became the lead receptionist and was in charge of training the new employees. In 2009, Jessica left ASEC and relocated to Las Vegas so that she could be closer to her family. She soon joined the Las Vegas Veterinary Specialty Center (LVVSC) as a Customer Care Representative. Throughout her two years at LVVSC, she balanced schedules and worked with multiple doctors in many different departments. She is looking forward to applying all of her experience and knowledge to provide outstanding service to those who come to the Sirius Veterinary Orthopedic Center.
