Dr. David Mason is a board-certified veterinary surgeon with over two decades of experience in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, and minimally invasive techniques. He is board-certified in surgery by both the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (ACVS) and the European College of Veterinary Surgeons (ECVS), as well as in sports medicine and rehabilitation by the American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation (ACVSMR).

Originally from a dairy farm in Northern England, Dr. Mason earned his veterinary degree with honors from the Royal Veterinary College in London. His career has spanned academic research, surgical training, and private practice, including co-founding one of the largest and most successful veterinary specialty hospitals in the United States, located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Outside of his surgical work, Dr. Mason enjoys life with his wife Rachel, who is a board-certified plastic surgeon, and their two children. He is honored to serve as a locum surgeon at Sirius Veterinary Orthopedic Center, where he brings a deep commitment to surgical excellence and compassionate patient care.
